Secure Browser offers the administrator the ability to control where the user navigates on the internet through the use of key words and specified URLs. Secure Browser has many security features like locking down or controlling other browsers and the ability to make itself the only allowed application. The administrator can also lock Secure Browser so none of the settings can be touched or the application exited. With even the ability to start with windows, you create your own series of personal passwords to make Secure Browser impenetrable. This is a perfect solution for parents with kids at home or any companies that want to display their website at a store or show.

• Improved user mode compatibility: Secure Browser is now fully compatible with Windows XP user mode. Note that an admin account is required to install, uninstall, change settings, or register the program.
• Easier to use: new Settings menu options allow you to turn on Internet protection or turn your computer into a secure Internet Terminal with a single click of the mouse! No more fiddling with tons of complicated settings to get the security you need! This makes the program extremely easy for novice users.
• A few minor bug fixes: some small problems in the browser features and settings screen have been taken care of, so Secure Browser works even better than it used to!
• Multiple URL Lists: now each user account can have its own allowed URL list. The administrator can force all users to have the same list, or set up a customized list for each account. This makes Secure Browser more flexible than ever before!
• Replace Windows Shell: now you can entirely replace Windows Explorer with Secure Browser, making it so that when your computer starts, Secure Browser is the only program that runs. This ultimate level of security is great for show rooms or public Internet stations.
• Improved performance with Windows Vista: Secure Browser 1.8 works best with Windows XP, but it also works reasonably well with Vista, making version 1.8 a good temporary solution until Secure Browser™ for Windows Vista is released later this year.
